What do you do to keep events safe?
The safety of everyone at our events is our priority. We have a zero-tolerance policy to violence, including sexual harassment and assault. If you experience or witness anything of concern, please report it to our team or security on site. We work with the venue and local authorities to keep events safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Where can I collect lost property?
Ask at the entrance or bar on the night. After the event, email [email protected] with a description of your item.
I have a ticket enquiry – who do I contact?

I need a companion or PA ticket for access – is that available?

We may ask for documentation (e.g. DLA, PIP, Access Card with +1, or similar) to support the request. The scheme is for permanent or long-term access needs; PAs must be 18 or over.
