Marketing & Partnerships
Dean brings a blend of creative, strategic and technical expertise across marketing, web design and events, with a strong track record of helping local organisations and campaigns into award winning, well delivered projects. He is an active member of Hastings Round Table, serving on the committee for Hastings Beer and Music Festival, and has volunteered with Southern Sunset events, appearing on stage alongside artists such as The Venga Boys.
Operations & Bar
Dale has spent over 25 years working across the drinks and hospitality sector, including senior roles within the FMCG industry focused on sales, route to market strategy and working with breweries, wholesalers, pub companies and venue operators; through this, he has built strong relationships across London and the South East and developed a deep understanding of how events, venues and the drinks supply chain operate, experience he now brings to his work alongside Dean in delivering locally focused events through Goose Events. Dale was part of Hastings Round Table and helped with Hastings Beer and Music Festival for over 10 years.
