These terms apply to Goose Events prize draws and competitions, including our March Competition.

Competition terms

  1. All entrants must be UK residents and aged 18 or over at the time of entering.
  2. Entry instructions, including any closing date and how to enter, are as stated in the relevant competition or prize draw announcement. Entries received after the stated closing date will not be counted.
  3. Unless otherwise stated, our competitions are free prize draws and no purchase is necessary.
  4. Only one entry per person per competition is permitted, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  5. All eligible entries received by the closing date will be entered into a random prize draw. The winner will be selected at random by Goose Events or an independent judge appointed by Goose Events.
  6. The winner will be notified by email or phone using the contact details supplied when entering. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are correct and up to date.
  7. Winners must respond to Goose Events within 14 days of the first notification being sent. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, Goose Events reserves the right to select an alternative winner and the original winner will forfeit the prize.
  8. Where a physical prize is offered, please allow up to 28 days for delivery after the winner has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated.
  9. Prizes are as described in the competition announcement. There is no cash alternative and prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  10. Goose Events reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value if required by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  11. For social competitions (including, but not limited to, the March Competition), entrants must be following Goose Events on the relevant social media channel(s) as stated in the competition announcement at the time the winner is drawn. Winners will be announced at the end of March or as stated in the competition announcement.
  12. Goose Events reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may request proof of identity, age and residency. Entries may be disqualified if reasonable proof is not provided on request.
  13. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any additional rules stated in the specific competition announcement.
  14. The decision of Goose Events (or its appointed judge) regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Goose Events accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted or cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason.
  16. Goose Events reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend a competition, or these terms and conditions, without prior notice if it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  17. By entering, winners agree to co‑operate with Goose Events for reasonable publicity purposes if requested, including the use of their first name and town/city in social media posts or on the Goose Events website.
  18. Personal information supplied by entrants will be used only for the administration of the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Details may be shared with trusted partners or service providers solely for the purposes of administering the competition and prize fulfilment.
  19. To request the winner’s first name and town/city for a particular competition, please contact Goose Events after the winner announcement date specified in the competition and within 30 days of that date.
